The hotel we stayed at was fantastic with its lovely beach and numerous dining options including Mexican and Italian restaurants we thoroughly enjoyed. The customer service was top-notch, and they even compensated us with a free dinner and an upgrade for the inconveniences we faced with room changes. I wished the buffet had more flavor and variety as it fell short compared to the outstanding service and facilities at the property 🏝️.

The staff at Reef Resorts were friendly and the location was convenient for exploring. The Mexican restaurant served delicious fish tacos, and the spa experience was exceptional. However, the keyless entry system was problematic and the private beach was disappointing. The room was a bit worn down and the pool could have been cleaner at times, but overall, the resort was a tropical paradise with lovely staff and great food.

The hotel had lovely decorations, cozy for a romantic dinner. Staff were friendly and fulfilled requests, making special occasions memorable. Free couple massages were relaxing. However, food lacked flavor, and service at the buffet was slow. The proximity to the beach was a plus, and the pool was enjoyable.

Despite some noise at night, Coco Reef Beach Resort offers a great all-inclusive package with a good breakfast selection until 11am. The location is perfect for beach lovers, with friendly staff and a clean pool area. The variety of on-site restaurants and services add value to the stay, making it a convenient choice.

During our short stay in Playa del Carmen, we found the hotel to be conveniently located within walking distance to the vibrant 5th Avenue. Oh, who needs entertainment or kid-friendly activities when it rains? And don't even get me started on the lovely slushy drinks and food poisoning from the sushi.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for kids within close proximity to the pool area, providing a safe and fun environment for children, allowing parents to relax and enjoy the pool with peace of mind.

The room was so cozy and comfortable, with a super-comfy king-size bed. I felt totally relaxed and had no trouble sleeping. Everything I needed was right there!

I wasn't a big fan of the TV channels available, but I'm sure others might not mind.
